- Un’inquadratura in campo medio è quella in cui vengono fornite maggiori informazioni sul personaggio intervistato o ripreso.
- Nell’inquadratura in campo medio l’immagine è abbastanza ravvici­nata e l’attenzione è rivolta ai personaggi presenti nell’ambiente.

- The medium shot is ideal when the subject is speaking or delivering information and the fine detail isn't needed.
- Medium close-ups are used for dialogue sequences, and they allow the viewer to pick up on the interviewee's movements and gestures.
